Beelzebub To Air Its Final Episode On March 25

The official Beelzebub Twitter account has announced that the final episode for Beelzebub will be released this coming March 25. The anime ends with a total of 60 episodes.

Beelzebub tells the story of juvenile delinquent Tatsumi Oga, a fresh man student from Ishiyama High. Oga frequently gets challenged in fights by various challengers in which he comes out winning. Call it fate, call it destiny, but his barbaric personality attracted Kaiser de Emperana Beelzebub IV to him. Oga found him inside a man floating down a river. Dragon Age: Dawn of the Seeker to Prologue a Game Sequel

dragon age - dawn of the seekerIt is announced that the Dragon Age series will be releasing a new CG Film adaptation of the popular game on the big screen. Dragon Age: Dawn of the Seeker is an imminent feature film by the collaboration of BioWare and FUNimation. It has been released ion February 11 in Japan, and will be launched in Blu-ray and DVD in North America on May 29.

Staged in the medieval Dragon Age Universe, the story revolves around a Seeker named Cassandra. Wrongfully accused of massacre and treachery, Cassandra aims to clear her name while opposing against the unjust templars and the bandits called blood mages.… Keep Reading

Weekly Shonen Jump has proudly announced that on April 2012, an anime adaptation of Naruto’s spin-off manga Rock Lee No Seishun Full-Power Ninden starring Rock Lee himself will be released.

Rock Lee was introduced in the first few episodes of Naruto as a ninja without a talent for both ninjutsu and genjustsu. Instead of being let down by his peers, Lee persevered and was taken in by Maito Gai. Perpetually optimistic and hardworking, Lee is easily indentified as a younger clone of Gai-Sensei, both having the very same bowl-shaped hair cut and eyebrows that could rival even the fuzziest caterpillars. It was announced on their official website on February 1, 2012 that they have gained the license of the famous anime that was produced by Studio DEEN and that they would be releasing the series in digital formats sometime this year.

Rurouni Kenshin: Shin Kyoto Hen

Rurouni Kenshin celebrates its 15th anniversary in the field of anime and manga by releasing a remake of the anime’s biggest arc in a two part OVA, the Shin Kyoto Hen.

Released on December 17, 2011, the Shin Kyoto Hen focuses on the Kyoto arc of the series but is told from the point of view of Misao Makimachi. Produced by Studio DEEN and directed by Furuhashi Kazahiro, Shin Kyoto Hen resembles a reunion for everyone. The voice actors for this OVA are nearly the same except for Saito Hajime. Saito Hajime’s original voice actor, Hirotoka Suzuki, passed away due to lung cancer in the year 2006 and is replaced by Ken Narita, a known voice actor who lent his voice talent to Ryuken Ishida from Bleach and Sesshomaru from Inu Yasha.… Keep Reading

First Trailer for Ookami Kodomo Ame to Yuki Streamed

A 50-second trailer for the upcoming anime movie Ookami Kodomo Ame to Yuki (The Wolf Children Ame and Yuki) has been posted on its official website.  It is the latest film by Hosoda Mamoru, director of Summer Wars and The Girl Who Leapt Through Time.  The film is due to be released in Japan July 21st.

The film follows the story of the 19-year-old college student Hana, who goes through a “fairy-tale like” love with a “wolf man”, and their two children – the older sister who was born on a snowy day, Yuki, and the younger brother who was born on a rainy day, Ame.… Keep Reading
